🚚 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At 1Store BV – Segway Powersports Belgium, we ensure fast and reliable shipping for all your orders.
Each package is handled with the utmost care so that your parts or vehicles arrive safely and in perfect condition.


DELIVERY TIMES

The number of items available in our warehouse in Wingene is always clearly indicated on each product page.
When no stock indication is shown, this means that the product is not in stock and can only be ordered on demand, with a corresponding delivery time.

Orders for parts and accessories that are in stock in Belgium are normally shipped within 1 to 7 working days after payment.

For goods that are not in stock, such as original OEM Segway Powersports products, the delivery time may extend up to 14 weeks, as these items are transported by sea freight.

If you require faster delivery by air freight (express), this can be arranged upon request.
An additional cost will be clearly communicated upon request and will be charged to the customer.

All indicated delivery times are estimates and do not entitle the customer to compensation in case of delay, unless otherwise agreed.


SHIPPING METHODS

Our standard transport partner is DHL.
Depending on the type of product or destination, we may also use other reliable partners such as DPD, GLS, or specialised vehicle carriers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification that your parcel is on its way.
Deliveries are made to the address provided when placing your order.
Please ensure that this address is complete and correct to avoid delays.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before finalising your order.
For vehicles or pallet transport, separate rates apply depending on weight, volume, and destination.
Any additional charges for express or international shipments will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.


COLLECTION

Collection is only possible after placing an online order through our webshop.
It is not possible to collect goods without a confirmed order.

After your order has been received, you will be notified when the goods are ready for collection and an appointment can be scheduled.

TRANSPORT RISK AND DAMAGE

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Upon receipt, you must always check whether the packaging is intact and whether the delivery is complete.

Any visible damage or missing items must be reported immediately to the carrier and to our company using the contact address provided.

For consumers (B2C), the risk remains with the seller until the goods are physically delivered to the customer, unless the customer has chosen a carrier not offered by us.
For professional clients (B2B), the risk transfers upon collection or upon handover to the carrier.


UNDELIVERED OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is not delivered on time, please contact us and provide your order number.
We will immediately follow up with the carrier and inform you as soon as possible about the status of your delivery.


RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to return a product or exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the procedure described on the separate information page or contact us for further instructions.

Returns are only accepted if the goods are returned in their original condition, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
