For these orders, a standard payment term applies as stated on the invoice.
In case of late payment, 1Store BV reserves the right to suspend deliveries or charge additional administrative fees in accordance with the applicable terms.

SECURE PROCESSING AND REFUNDS

All payments are processed via Mollie’s secure environment.
Your bank or card details are never stored or viewed directly by us.
This guarantees safe and compliant processing in accordance with the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2).

After a successful payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
For payments on account, the order is processed once the internal credit check has been approved.

If a payment is refunded, for example in the event of a return or cancellation, the refund will always be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds are never made through alternative channels or to different accounts from those used for the initial payment.
