This 2-in1 kit has gone through long testing period – including real life driving tests as well as the dynamometer tests - before this specific sеtup combination chosen to go with this vehicle model / variator combination - the outcome you have here is the best and safest sеtup choice for you and your vehicle.

This kit includes parts and installation information to use it both, stage 1 kit or stage 2 kit in case vehicle upgraded for larger tyres.

STAGE 1 specs (25“ – 26“ tires) - Comfort, work & trail riding
STAGE 2 specs (27”-28” tires) - Muddy & big heavy tires

This kit includes primary clutch spring, weights and Secondary clutch spring.

The kit fits CV-Tech clutch.

  • Kits designed for stock or oversized tires (25' - 28').
  • To use with 25'-28' tires.
  • Great for trail riding, occasional mud and sand riding, plowing and hauling.
  • Makes up for the power loss and slow response of adding oversized tires.
  • Quicker backshift which results in crisp throttle response.
  • Reduces belt slip and heat.
  • Kit includes detailed adjustments information based on the vehicles specs and conditions of use and parts to adjust it accordingly.
  • Clutch compression tool p/n E01GZ0020001 also recommended to get with this order.
  • Clutch holding tool p/n E01GZ0000011 also recommended to get with this order.
  • This kit fits CV-Tech clutch / do not fit other clutch versions fitted to Segway Snarler vehicles!
