🇬🇧 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order processing and delivery
After receipt of payment, your order is processed as quickly as possible. Delivery is carried out via DPD or FedEx, depending on the type of product, destination and selected shipping method.

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

In case of temporary stock shortages, we will contact you to propose an adjusted delivery time or an alternative.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on weight, volume and destination. Free shipping may apply for specific promotions or larger orders — this will always be clearly indicated.
⚠️ All transport costs — both for initial delivery and returns — are entirely at the expense of the customer.
Shipping fees from the original delivery are non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
🔁 Right of withdrawal (returns)
In accordance with European and Belgian legislation, private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

We will send you return instructions.
Returned products must be in unused, undamaged and original condition, including the original packaging. Used, damaged or incomplete goods may be refused or only partially refunded.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
We do not provide a free return label, unless in case of defect or an explicit agreement.
⚠️ A restocking fee of 25% applies to all returns, with a minimum charge of €25.
This fee covers processing, inspection and repackaging costs.
Some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as opened consumables or custom-made products. These exceptions are listed per product where applicable.
📦 Risk, ownership and delivery
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer only upon physical delivery of the goods, in accordance with Article VI.44 of the Belgian Economic Law Code.
Until delivery, all goods remain the property of 1Store BV / Segway Powersports Belgium.
❌ Delivery errors
If your order has:

visible damage or broken packaging,

incorrect products,
-
missing items,
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, ideally including photos of the package and its contents, via info@segway-powersports-belgium.com.
🚫 Order cancellation by the seller
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

incorrect product information or pricing,

stock unavailability or delivery restrictions,
-
suspected fraud or abuse,
-
or any other valid commercial reason.
In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and the full amount paid will be automatically refunded via the original payment method.
